The only foot he has put wrong is taking his foot off the accelerator regarding the scoping study. Trying to run the show as a one man band is another downfall.
Jaime was a binding term sheet, yet another failure not to pursue but may come good but doubt it. Everything else unfortunately is the market having killed most spec runs.
