    Read the wording !! another two months DD just to get to just to get to a point that will " provide a pathway " to a formal agreement being executed ! how long after that to actually get the $$$ in the bank account ?

    Locke funding is still being quoted because contrary to what Roller says there doesn't appear to be any concrete Plan B
