    What is the skeleton in the closet for this stock? No permits? State ban on Mining? Lawsuits? Legal claims by indigenous groups? Huge credit raise coming? What am I missing? DO they have any staff in the USA or is all mgmt in Australia and is this just a paper pushing exercise?
