I recall Mark saying (or maybe I just imagined it) that you need something like a 25% reduction in costs to justify doing something very different. You would assume that the WaaS would be set at a price just low enough to get builders to switch over. Looking at BENZI's numbers that should be easy to do if they're remotely accurate.
