No one can manipulate to keep the price low if the sales numbers come above expectations. Market gives you opportunity everyday and no one knows how market will perform in short term. But in the long term this looks like a decent risk vs reward bet and I have a feeling this will climb to 10 cents prior to the quaterly results announcement. Just my opinion and not a financial advise.
