    honestly your giving me a good laugh. Plus no one can take legal action over the fact quantum has not been able to pay us the money. Nor can you for them not hiring a ceo. You also cannot do anything over the fact they have delayed the pilot plant for 6 months at the very best. One thing where legal action can be taken is where dato was illegally handing out shares and was forced to stop.
