SYDNEY, April 3 (Reuters) - Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said he spoke with his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday over the deaths of aid workers in Gaza from an Israeli air strike, which included an Australian citizen.
"I expressed Australia's anger and concern at the death of aid workers," Albanese said in a press conference.
Netanyahu on Tuesday said the Israel airstrike mistakenly killed seven people, including citizens of Britain and Poland as well as Palestinians and a dual citizen of U.S. and Canada, working for the aid charity World Central Kitchen.
