My school offered no legal training courses.
I did court procedures and laws of evidence and case work at a certain level on the job after some first year Uni law course work. Only ever took on one QC but won that resoundingly.
Not because he was a great QC but because he was just telling his client what he wanted to hear and taking money off him on false assurances that he would win. The QC's arguments were so poor on court day that he knew the case was unwinnable in actual fact and was just ripping off his client.
So I would not say at a high level myself but more than most on here.
