I think the value of the mill is still grossly undervalued let alone the markets pricing of SPR's mineral endowment. Look at the cost inflation for RRL's NSW development released this morning. A blowout in the order of 50%.....It's going to cost almost a billion dollars (admittedly of larger scale than our mill). Internal rates of return are copping a pasting only saved or ameliorated by the climbing gold price. SPR is in an envious position.
