I think the challenge is everyone knows that there is far more resource in the ground then what is currently reported.
share price movement will only come from:
- uplift in price of pgm
- which would help with the question about whether the resource is economically and therefore worth mining.
if they start making noise that they can and will mine the resource then it will fly. they seem to be waiting for the price of pgms to recover to do so.
