Unfortunately companies, especially small ones like reach are at the mercy of the heritage crew and their timetable. Reach might be ready to go right now but the heritage crew dictate when they can be bothered to do anything. Could be months and months. Only after their approvals can further plans be initiated, such as booking drill rigs.
