l recall that there were grog free trials for some communities years ago that were quite successful .
Are you aware of any that became permanent ?
l have travelled a bit in the outback and been to a few communities . Apart from the grog problem it seems to me that a lack of education and employment is a big issue. ldle hands and all that. There is simply no opportunities for kids so the cycle repeats. lt has long been proven that the better education people get the sooner the old tribal problems go away. lt has certainly worked for the white man although it has taken centuries.
We need a bipartisan solution from government. A very long term one.
