Just for the record, HC is for discussing stocks - good things about them and bad things about them.....this thread has merit.
The interesting thing about a sub culture of HC is that some people only want to hear things that support their views - and get rather salty at an opposing view.
The courts will decide if the legal action has merit. Not anonymous HC posters...
