If I was a betting man ..... I would hazard a guess that the current CR may have originally been targeted at taking out these substantial shareholders who are selling!
These substantial shareholders got cold feet with the share price heading north so our handsome MD decided to raise anyway and utilise for the benefit of shareholders
Time will tell !
