Are their any minority shareholders or others interested in initiating legal action against the Directors and other parties involved. What has happened to our assets, cash, gold in store? How much money has been siphoned off, how many Directors have continued on the cash train, whilst blocking Shareholders from exercising their rights of ownership.
Any Shareholders have a view as to how we can exercise our rights to liquidate our shares. Can we collectively vote to expel all management, seek remedies in the Philippine courts against our local and foreign directors, management and related parties. we could find a white knight or employ Asian advisors to help us strip the assets and sell them off and unload the EPs and mining rights to other MineCos interested in taking the project on. i am sure from an Asset strip perspective or perhaps even a Private Equity pump and dump there must be value in excess of the current market cap that we could realise. surely anytiing is better then being treated the way we are.
