If the mill was operational and new 6 years ago wouldn't take much to get it rolling again,
It has been on care and maintenance so couple of boys on site doing monthly checks and start ups.
Update health and safety do some checks, make sure it is all safe and kick it in the guts.

Might have to have some specialty check overs for Cyanide tanks, fire and safety equipment, maybe a tick of approval from the mines department and start shoveling dirt on the mill conveyor.

Couple of weeks if they are organised.
