GW1 (formerly BSM) failure has little to do with the country but everything to do with management. They were trying to build a tiny graphite mine (something like 8kt/y output) with a terrible grade near 5% or so and couldn't get anywhere near nameplate. All in an environment where graphite prices had tanked for some time due to Chinese overproduction of synthetic graphite. They couldnt execute the plan and more a lifestyle company now having switched focus to lithium during the hype. AKO looks promising from 1st read and I like the DSO plan, though I don't like the transportation/logistics of the location.
