I bought my investment house in Hills Sydney, $420'000 in 1996, without Chinese "interference" $580'000 in 2004, 8 years $160'000, as we all know, after those Chinese spent money like no tomorrow, my last valuation was 2.4 mil, 1.8 mil in just 20 years compares to the 160'000, same thing on my other properties, as I always say, thank god for those Chinese. and may I ask what are you going to do without Chinese put cash on those agricultural lands? growing weeds? without Chinese money YAL is just another pit-hole in the ground, how come no JPs no Yankees no Koreans willing to spend a penny on YAL back then? if you really unhappy with Chinese "paying" money to buy Australian products and invest in Australian industries, sell your YAL shares and buy bitcoins or LNAS or NDQ... by the way 03668 is up 2.2% in HK afternoon session after our market closed.
