Well, sounds then like they got access to due diligence information retail shareholders and the market don't have to then decide to invest $5m. There's literally nothing released to market, based on progress of their products, in financials & quarterlies to justify a 5m investment in this and a 70m+ MC.
If they have extra information that the public don't, it's plain Insider trading and should be investigated.
Surprised they haven't released any investor presentations about new business given the pivot and SP rise, it’s suspicious at a minimum. Looks like they orchestrated steady SP rise under the radar for insiders.
