A new offtake agreement would be nice but not much use when you dont have a working mine or processing plant.
The Quantum deal was an actual pre payment of future gold and in theory supplied funds that could be used to build the mine in order to supply the gold. This was quite unusual and may be difficult to find anyone else prepared to do same.
