Spec, RED's mine life isn't 15 years based on reserves and current throughput. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it more like 10-11?
Everything is relative throughout the cycle. There are mid tier producers sitting on hundreds of millions of cash, acquired in relatively short order, now generating $50-100m free cash flow per quarter. Inflationary capex isn't a problem from an industry perspective, requiring only managements of producers/developers coming together and making deals for benefit of both shareholders.
Speaking of such or lack thereof, how I wish that "other topic done to death" had been consummated a couple of years ago. From a RED shareholder perspective: no debt, no hedging, no dilution, and a billion dollars in cash from the combined assets do develop McPhil if they wanted. I'm exaggerating but only slightly.
