grow gap between options and stock, page-5

Yeah the premimum for the options should decrease as both prices rise and the two prices should aproach a 1.5c ex price gap as the prices get really high. Its strange the the discount is growing still and not closing as you would think people would use it as an arbitrage opportunity and the gap would narrow. The only things I can think of is that now with the short selling ban it has made this a lot harder to do.
