Not likely im afraid. I have a brother-in-law who works in corporate compliance at ASIC. It is a very slow moving beast. They spend months if not years putting cases together. Then when its all said and done they hire the big guns outside of ASIC so they dont get their tails handed to them. It comes as no surprise that the fancy lawyers first job preference is not to work on a set tier for the government with no prospects of a big pay day. The government does not give them enough money to battle the big end of town. Like bringing a hand gun to a tank fight.
