Does anyone have ideas as to why the govt might be reluctant to sign? Imminent for four years is a heck of a long time.
Is there political opposition or are there other power generation options they're considering? Or is it simply a case they've not paid much attention until a discovery was declared or a flow test completed?
What happens if one is not forthcoming? Is it a requirement for the company to start selling gas?
