It's so very refreshing to see how an experienced board/management and drilling team progress as a company, as many explorations coys these days are nothing but incompetent and greedy professional lifestyle companies and these directors should not be allowed to manage companies imo, we have so many of these poor performing coys imo, where these useless boards don't do a lot, but sink investors wealth, due to lack of action and continually doing CR after CR, then travelling around the country with snouts in trough, enjoying conference after conference, which imo is about 40-60% of all resource coys that I see attending these share piss up conferences...

EXR is a welcomed and rare exception, surrounded by quality professional people, very refreshing, well done to the board/management and drillers they use... GLTA and enjoy the ride...
