If everyone wants an effective way to voice your concerns to the government i would auggest the following. Each day get on the Ministers and associated parties Facebook page and simply write
"It is 415 days since PEP11 consent orders were signed and the application returned to the Joint Authority for a.decision!"
Each day post the message again with an updated days count. It is a hard visual reminder as to their ineffectiveness. Enough people do it over a sustained period will build the pressure.
