I was there today. My personal take home points:

1) The sale of non core gold assets has definitely moved from being theoretical to real. The recent POG hike has stimulated interest.

2) The PFS numbers are going to be $big. I believe that it is reasonable to compare the financial metrics of RXL and AAR, which is more forward in disclosing $numbers.

3) The tide has turned for the gold juniors.

4) Fund Managers were enthusiastically sniffing around.

5) Project Payback periods are so short that financing risk is minimal.

6) Re a query about management buying of shares on market, the Board currently cannot buy.

7) The cost of getting to the DFS from here is not that significant.

Are we going to see these unloved aspiring developers 10 bag? My view is YES!
