Unless there is a problem, which should have been disclosed to market immediately, can think of only one good reason for non-start at LT: there is some negotiation to buy the Orbost plant? I understood the plant is worth ~$50m. AGL would be a good partner here and could provide the funding boost needed for full field development. Anyway just MHO...
