apart from resigning, I know that is not happening. On a serious note, I think we should go back to court and push this approval, this went through NOPTA years ago only to be torpedoed by politicians , if nothing major has changed, why are we at 120+ days for approval, this doesn’t appear to be according to law ,
at least try to get a judge to force a decision quickly
