reading through the Aus. case, $8m usd claim IMO is pretty bogus, pretty much just raised the aus. case to get access to australian consumer law. the main disputed amount at hand is $4m inventory deposit which is outside of $20m cash at hand. just think to yourself what js the logic of BDT causing $17m AUD in damages, doesnt make sense given the quantum of relationship.
