This is what I am afraid of.
Management has backed us into a corner where
we have such a poor partnership bargaining
position. No matter what happens now, any
agreement with a partner/partners will result in lousy
upfront payments and miserable royalty %.
Unless of course we continue with P3 by ourselves
after a massive dilution with a large CR.
Not much of a choice is it?
