There is no way the placement is at 18c.
Thats their issue. They probably stpupidly negotiated at c. 14c, they then leaked the deal and the share price ran. And now they will be trying to bring the placement price up because it looks too low relative to the last share price.
Just shows how hack management are. Buck of amateurs.
