Well there we go. A downgrade as anticipated. At least it’s an entitlement offer, which is fairest. Long term outlook the key. Need to decide whether it’s ’good money after bad’, or an opportunity.
Either way, very unimpressive start by the ‘Co-CEOs’ who either didn’t have their eye on the ball as Directors or are trying to make a name for themselves by clearing the decks prior to a recovery.
