I wonder how this plays out to LEL's sp, as if it were to play out like @dl16 is asking, there usually is a rush to get in at last minute for some free spin-off shares, if LEL/NVX investors have to pay which sounds like what is happening, then I don't think that rush happens, even though they get priority.
However 35m-45m mc (depending on how many subscribe) for Axon sounds much better than what the graphite assets are currently being valued at here.
