As a previous holder of LPD (I sold at a loss some time ago), i check in from time to time. This all sounds like another stock i used to be in called Linc Energy. They also promised much but delivered nothing. In the end i sold that with a considerable loss too, but perversely it was the best thing i could have done. The stock went bust a couple of months later and the head honcho disappeared, I suspect, without a care in the world. After all, he still got paid.
