it's one of my strongest investment preferences, close to a binary decision for me. If management and Board haven't put skin in the game knowing more about company than anyone else then I'm
out too. It's fair to give them a few months as there might be confidential information preventing them from buying in but these guys have been in place for well over a year.
Lots of talk on this forum about a sale of the company but there is a Board and Management which wouldn't see any upside from a sale of the company - turkeys don't vote for Christmas.
Conor is off the Board now - if a sale of the company was imminent wouldn't he see it out for a few months? Alternatively if he wanted to start cashing out his gains, he'd leave so he wouldn't be conflicted from selling?
