    1. Buru Energy's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30am (AWST) on
    Thursday, 30 May 2024; and
    2. Pursuant to article 9.6 of the Buru Energy constitution, the closing date for receipt of
    nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Buru
    Energy is Wednesday, 17 April 2024.

    Its show time.
