Thats how mgt put it to me a couple of years ago when they first outlined production of 500k tpa. Of course the numbers could have changed since then! That said, its great that they are thinking of commencing Train 2 after completion of construction and commissioning of Train 1 to be then followed by Train 3 thereafter. So eventual production of a bare minimum 300K tpa of bitumen pa would be awesome.
