Mate, I think you've got this around the wrong way.
Yes they do need to do the consolidation, but they realise that if they consolidate now, it's going to leave the holders that they care about (them) with a lower value holding.
They want the price to bump a little to let the sophisticated investors exit and then do the consolidation
Traditionally when sh1t stocks consolidate, they go down in price.
Let's pretend they do a 1 for 10,000 split. That's 20c on paper (0.002 x 10,000 = 20c).
So let's pretend you have 10 million shares at 0.02. On the split you have 1000 shares at whatever the market dictates. It isn't going to price LNU at 20c
The way this company rolls, it will drift downwards...18c....16c..... 15c....
That 15c puts your 0.002 investment down 25%.
The shareholder is the loser, however the company has more runway to offer more CRs at a discounted price...
