I topped up this morning and it worked out that by paying 15 cents less per share than the SPP price of $1.70, that for every 1000 shares that I purchased, I received an extra 150 shares than had I purchased via their pathetic SPP. That's not a bad little deal and I'm happy to have been able to purchase the exact amount that I wanted to purchase, at the exact price that triggered my limit order.
Straight after my purchase, I set a stop loss at $1.40 (10%) on all of my EOS holdings.
As of right now with the SP sitting at $1.5675 from the recent high of $2.09 pre announcement of SPP, that's a capital killing drop of exactly 25%.
What a bunch of dopes. Who in their right mind would even consider allocating a single cent to their SPP? I suspect that it may drop even lower given the extended period of the Plan which was the only reservation that I had for potentially jumping in too soon.
