I think biotech have the right to hide details of payment but it does not make sense to do it. For one, people find out in the financial statements. It also make it a high insider trading company since the people inside knows these details. A lot of biotechs are up front on what financial dealings they have. It does seem with the animal sector, they are more secretive about this.
