That hardball tactic is why they did the Cr... but no way they arent licensing the remaining 80% prereadout.. to derisk but also to hedge against a cheap t/o.. currently a 150m market cap..too low.. this could easily be swooped up for 300m. A Usa licensing deal will push the market cap to a more respectable number.
