Good pick up. The company obviously stated in a report to share holders that it wasn't going to do a cap raise.
The ink was barely dry on that document when it conducted a cap raise!
admittedly it is not a big raise but a bit of a stitch up.
really hard market for cap raises at the moment. Especially with fossil fuels.
the loss of talon was huge for TMK . Since they were taken over our share price is about 1/4 of what it was
