A quite fascinating article in todays Washington Post about high drug prices and where most of the innovation happens, ie small biotechs like Race.
The article echo's many of the things Dr. T & others have said about BP relying on biotechs to take the risk in researching new drugs, but then snapping them up to take the new drug to market. The authors have done their homework & have the stats to back up that assertion.
Recommended reading for any biotech investor. A few excerpts below for any TL;DR sufferers...
