They only were at 5.2 %
They may still be not much less than the 5% threshold .
However it does seem hard to understand what they hope to achieve .
To vote the board out they have to offer a new board with the ability to get the job done and get the support of other share holders .
At a critical time for the business and a share register dominated by retail I think that is very unlikely .
