Meanwhile the IEAE reports that again the power line to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant has once again been cut, meaning power required to run the cooling pumps is no longer available. Emergency diesel generators are being used to operate the pumps. This is now the eighth time this has occurred and highlights the increased risks of operating nuclear plants in war zones.
