I saw Ron again earlier this year and he looked very unwell. I was shocked he took on more responsibility in this debacle after resigning from EMV. That decision seemed to be illogical given his obvious health issues. I hope for his sake he has resigned from HMD and retired to concentrate on getting well. Nothing is worth more than your health.
The only way HMD survives in my opinion is for a complete reset of management and board and a big raise at a big discount. Who would have the appetite? It's probably all over for existing holders unfortunately. Current $6M market cap is not shell value and shell value is where they probably have to reset. Circa 004/005c.
