lots of people talking about oppies...

i'm new to investing so i'm gonna just write my understanding on this and if i make any mistakes please correct me.

the options price is variable (the options themselves are traded just like the heads). the option exercise price (the extra you pay if you want to convert them to heads is NOT variable). the options exercise date (the final date by which you can make a decision is also not variable).

therefore, if the exercise price is 0.05 (which i gather from these threads, although i haven't actually been able to find this number elsewhere....is it in a company report?) then the only reason to invest in oppies is if you believe that the future SP will be greater than the options price plus the exercise price right?
