Amigo, the answer is NO. Uranium in rare earth deposits, at say U = 500 ppm (grams per ton), is a pest which causes so many problems for companies in permitting, mining, processing, waste storage, etc etc. It is not economically feasible to make a uranium bi-product. Uranium miners need much higher grades to produce a valuable product. But I guess you knew that already.
