The BP comments have certainly made things intriguing. It’s great to read the comments about this from some very knowledgeable and well researched posters.

I actually think BP’s timeline could be on the money. I’d be amazed if MSB hasn’t already asked and received a reply, from the FDA, about whether the resubmission would be treated as either Class I or II. I suspect Class I was the reply which would raise the possibility of approval (hopefully) in mid August.

There is another possibility for delaying the adult trial and our friend on the other forum raised it as a possibility. It may be a big if, but not out of the realms of possibility……..full approval for paediatrics with AA for adults subject to a confirmatory Phase IV trial in adults. Now that would set the cat amongst the pigeons (shorters).
